What documents are required for first time withdrawals?

The documents required for your withdrawal verification are:

1.Color copy of a valid Government issued Photo I.D., front and back (i.e. Identification Card/Driver License/Passport).

2.Color copy of an Utility Bill up to six months old, showing your name and address (i.e. Water/Gas/Electricity/Land-Line Phone Bill or Bank Statement).
If you are unable to send a valid copy of an Utility Bill up to six months old showing your name and address, please send a notarized document stating your name and current address, no more than six months old.

3.Color copy of your Credit Card, showing only the name, expiration date, last four digits on the front and the signature on the back. For your reassurance, please ensure that all other details are concealed.

Can I change my mind?

To review your withdrawal request, please go to ‘My Account’, and click on ‘History’. As long as the status of your withdrawal request is ‘Pending’, you can cancel it by simply clicking the ‘Cancel’ button.

Why were my two withdrawal requests combined?

Optionxchange reserves the rights to combine any withdrawal requests made within 48 hours using the same payment method into one payment.

How long does it take to withdraw money?

How can I withdraw funds from my account?
